All project specifications, timeline scopes, target visual outputs, crew details, and fee matrices require explicitly documented signatures before recording operations begin at specified sites. Client companies are responsible for obtaining all licenses for corporate properties filmed.
Unless outlined differently in secure separate corporate documents, Cortera retains strategic master patents on unedited recordings and master raw recordings. Final colored products are released to the brand upon full payment of the invoices.
All operations are managed strictly under Kenyan standard laws. Disputes will be processed and settled within regional courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
